Russian Mafia beats Al Qaeda

So when the whole world is obsessed with second guessing Al Qaeda, the Russian Mafia or the Govt. beat them in the dirty bomb game. The death of the Russian spy in London due to Polonium intake is nothing short of a dirty bomb. It's aftermath includes 5 BA planes that tested positive and 2 of them grounded and more 30,000 people who took trips in those plane. If this is not a terrorist attack in London I'm not sure what it is. A terror attack does not necessarily need to be at just 1 place or a series of connected places that kills xxx amount of people. Such covert attacks are also terror attacks. A famous London hotel, a well known sushi bar, passenger aeroplanes and cutting across multiple nations this is the stuff that would make a novel writer feel proud. I always considered Mossad as the kings of covert operations but I'm going to watch out for the Russian gangs.
