Sycophancy is alive and kicking in TN

Sun TV had a 2.5 hour program today (and it will continue tomorrow). The program is about the honor given my Tamil Film Industry to the self anointed kaavalar of Tamil, Mr.Karunanidhi. Forget about the chikun-guniya disease that's spreading throughout the state, the politicians wants to be feted, wined and dined. Tamil Film Industry, whose members are rich and powerful were given more at the expense of common man by way of tax incentives if they named their movies in pure tamil which resulted in JoK becoming SoK. What a grand standing. The only way Tamil can be encouraged in TamilNadu is through money.

Well coming back to the program, the same film industry took out a big function honoring Dr.J.Jayalalitha just over an year ago. What is the need for such pomp and show? Even Radhika who is officially in the opposite camp was praising this grand old vazhukkai thalai. Sycophancy at its best. Nothing more to say.
